When I was 17 years old, I bought this yellow and white fabric that I fell in love with and made a quilt and curtains for my yellow and white room. I had white walls and yellow shelves that I painted with my dad. I loved it. I got married a year later. Our wedding colors were supposed to be yellow and white, but I couldn't find the exact fabric from my quilt, which is what I wanted so we used something else. After the wedding, the quilt went on our bed. We slept with that quilt for many years. All of our kids played on that quilt. Then, one day, Jared decided the yellow flowered quilt was his. We were confused as to why, but he wouldn't let us have it. Then Jared got married and the quilt went with him. I protested at first, but just couldn't get it away from him. Jared has had it all these years but the holes were getting too big. Finally, Heidi saved what she could of it and made a smaller quilt that they still have and that Xander has now claimed and believes it's his. But the best part is that she had this doll made for me from that fabric, that has so many memories. Heidi said Xander helped ripped the quilt fabric in the strips for the doll and thought it was hilarious as he ripped the fabric. I love this doll. I love the memories of my family and the quilt and the fabric and this doll. Thank you Heidi.
