September 21st, Bradley turned 17.
He just wanted steak for dinner.

October 2, Alyssa turned 16. (By the way, Xander turned 1!)Alyssa had a party at the park.

And spaghetti dinner at our house.
You know what they say, the Plumb doesn't fall very far from the tree...

For September 11th, we got to go to a Lee Greenwood concert. It was wonderful! In case you forgot, he sings, "God Bless The U.S.A." While everyone around the country was singing his song to commerate 9-11, we got to hear the real thing! While he sang this song, Tanner & Kaylee waved an American Flag and dozens of people took pictures of them. Then several people thanked me for letting them wave the flag. (We didn't get a picture of them-batteries died. However, Dad did get Lee Greenwood.)
God Bless The U.S.A.
by Lee Greenwood
If tomorrow all the things were gone,I’d worked for all my life.
And I had to start again, with just my children and my wife.
I’d thank my lucky stars,to be livin here today.
‘Cause the flag still stands for freedom,
and they can’t take that away.
And I’m proud to be an American,
where at least I know I’m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
And I gladly stand up,
next to you
and defend her still today.
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land,
God bless the USA.
From the lakes of Minnesota,
to the hills of Tennessee.
Across the plains of Texas,
From sea to shining sea.
From Detroit down to Houston,
and New York to L.A.
Well there's pride in every American heart,
and its time we stand and say.
That I’m proud to be an American,
where at least I know I’m free.
And I wont forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
And I gladly stand up,
next to you and defend her still today.
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land,
God bless the USA.
