Kep and Keith gave us a wonderful cruise for Dad's birthday. We had so much fun. If any of you want to go on one when you're in town, we can babysit. You would love it.

Dad's playing softball again
He's playing on a city league because church softball bombed. Isn't he cute? I love the way he never gets too old.

California was wonderful-30 year anniversary
Warning: Very long post ahead:
Dad and I had the most wonderful week celebrating our 30 years together in California with our 4 youngest, Bradley, Alyssa, Tanner & Kaylee, and with Angela & Ryan, Kathleen, Brandon & Cody and with Jerry & Marie, Ryan, Tyler, Stephanie & Rachel, and with Nonna & Pepere, and with Shish & Tessa, and with Tony, Lani, Sean & Caralyn, and with Mary Jean, Bennie & Yala. We missed the rest of you, but are so grateful to all of our family who took the time to celebrate with us.
Driving to California, somewhere in Oregon, I think, at 5:00 am, while everyone else was asleep, Alyssa and I laughed. This is a real sign at a rest area.
First stop was Jerry and Marie's house. Marie cooked and cooked as she usually does. We played Quelf.
Mexican restaurant for lunch.
Giant's game. Angela & Ryan treated us to the most amazing game. Tony, Lani & Sean came. Ryan and Tyler also met us there. Just so we never forget, parking was $30 per car and we had 4 cars! Yikes!San Francisco Zoo. Pepere, Shish & Tessa, Mary, Bennie & Yala, Marie, Ryan, his girlfriend, Tyler, Stephanie & Rachel met us.
Tessa & Alyssa:
The three Hamel sisters, Shish, Meej and Lisa:
Pepere:Lt to rt: Shish, Meej holding Bennie, Tessa holding Yala, Pepere:
The windest road in the world, Lombard Street:
Fisherman's Wharf:
The sourdough bread factory:
Nonna & Papere's house. (Nonna wouldn't let me take any pictures of her.)
Bennie loved Alyssa.
Caralyn came home from camp and came to see us:
Another treat from Angela & Ryan. Dinner at Chevy's to celebrate our 30th anniversary and Mom's graduation from college:
One last Quelf game in the hotel our last night together:
