Christmas

We had so much fun having Angela's family for Christmas.
Kathleeen, Kaylee and the cupcake tree.
Ryan won the crown! Congratulations Ryan!
Grandpa playing the candy game. Thanks for the candy, Angela.
Christmas eve, Dad eating pizza and reading a story Jonathan emailed to us.
Christmas eve pjs.
Kaylee writing a letter to Santa.
Christmas morning
Playing on the new air hockey.
Angela & Ryan's cute family.
Wheat rolls and ham loaf.
Merry Christmas.
We missed the rest of you.

Just for fun

Here's a photo of the army tree we sent to Jonathan. Notice the army men hanging from the branches. Angela suggested we hang some by the neck or even better, find little Sadaam Husein's and hang them by the neck. But I couldn't find any. Ha ha

Christmas Concerts

This was Christmas Concert week. It was so much fun. I'm very proud of my little musicians. Kaylee had 4 choir concerts, Tanner had two orchestra concerts, Alyssa had a band and choir concert and Bradley had an orchestra concert. Just to make life a little more confusing, we also had "Ornament Night" at Kaylee's school and "Financial Aid" night at the high school. (Think carefully before you have 4 kids at 3 different schools!) On top of this, Bradley had a wrestling meet and Dad referreed all week.

Kaylee's choir sang while Kaylee danced to the tune of
"Here's to you, New York, New York," "Here's to you, North Pole, North Pole."
When Bradley put on his tux for his concert he danced around the house singing,
"I feel pretty, oh so pretty . . ."
"Oh so pretty . . ."

Veteran's Day

Happy Veteran's Day to our three generation of Veteran's,
Pepere who was a cook in the Army during the Korean War, who served in Germany, (I don't have a photo of Pepere. I'm hoping to get one, but I do have this honorable discharge paper for him.)
Dad who was an electronics technician in the Navy in San Diego and
Jonathan who is a mortarman in the Army, currently serving in Iraq.
Thanks for your service to our country and for protecting our freedom.

Halloween

Angela & Ryan & Kathleen & Brandon & Cody came to visit!

I am never as happy as when my kids are home! Thanks Angela & Ryan! I had such a wonderful weekend.
In spite of what Angela says about her mom with the camera in front of her face, she seems to have one in front of her face a lot lately!
Kaylee & Kathleen at Kaylee's school.
We always put Angela to work-cutting hair-when she comes to visit. (We do this with Heidi too, don't we?)
Notice Angela in the usual nursing position.

It snowed today!

They say it snowed on the 30th, in the middle of the night, but I actually saw it today.

Alyssa's Marching Band

Alyssa is in the middle of Marching Band. She's gone on competitions to Pasco and Joe Albi Stadium and this weekend will go to Corvalis, Oregon. She is so good in Percussion and is so fun to watch.
